Megan McCracken

Megan is an executive leader with more than 25 years’ experience in cultural and workforce transformation in industrial and operating businesses across Australia in resources, automotive, energy and rail, 10 years at an executive level.

Megan is known for getting to the root cause of a problem quickly and producing strong strategic plans focussed on a long-term view. Megan has excelled at mentoring and developing strong leaders, and in supporting organisation to shift culturally to meet its commercial aims and has succeeded in developing and leading complex projects across multiple dimensions.

Megan established Pleiades Global out of a desire to support leaders to rise above the accepted ways of doing things to transform individuals, cultures and workplaces in the face of 21st century challenges. Megan supports leaders to navigate their professional lives through coaching and works with businesses to build high trust, inclusive cultures which enables them to be sustainable over the long term.

A long-time campaigner for gender diversity Megan is the Chair of the National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO) – Australia’s peak body representing women in operational businesses. NAWO’s vision is that men and women can be equally represented and valued at every level in operational businesses.

An expert in internal and external engagement Megan is media and speaker trained and is a regular and accomplished public speaker at on a range of topics.

National Association of Women in Operations

Megan is the Chair of the National Association of Women in Operations – an organisation devoted to encouraging workplaces where women and men can be equally represented and valued.

Focussed on development of future leaders and assisting over 55 member organisations NAWO can support you and your organisation anywhere in Australia.

We are not just about helping those in the city. We have regional committees in a number of regional centres and can increasingly deliver programs via livestream so will be continuing to grow our regional presence.
